"We stayed in the Ambassador suite which was perfect for our family of four. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, including the two queen size sofa beds. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our twins have complex additional support needs and staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly for them. We used the swimming pool and the disabled changing room was great. Parking was great too. Complimentary water, drinks and snacks in the room too. A great stay. We’ll definitely use this hotel again. "Room was lovely and bright ,needs a bit of updating regarding flooring and some of the wallpaper . Bed was really comfy and looked clean slept well, considering it’s used for stag and Hen stay was quite . Breakfast was really nice thank you for really pork sausages and the staff really friendly ."
