"Déjà, la piscine de l’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout aux photos sur le site quand j’ai réservé. Beaucoup plus petite. Pas beaucoup de transats. La piscine était fermée 3 jours pendant notre séjour . Le roof top réservé tout notre séjour ( 25 jours !). La réception a voulu nous faire payer 30 euros des serviettes sales !? Cette arnaque a été faite à tous les français ! Les chambres sont correctes pour le prix. Assez bien situé "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong. The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy. When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise. The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was great. The staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. We will highly recommend Grand Mercury Phuket to anyone visiting Patong!"

"Beautiful spacious room and beds. Great breakfast. Only downside was we were told to pay 1000 baht per day as security fee, which would be refunded at chekout. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking so we refused and only paid 1000 in total for 5 nights. Other than this, the stay was very comfortable. Property is a 20 min walk from main patong beach area. Kids play area is good, fitness centre was well-equipped."

"Hotel is undergoing renovations, very noisy and too loud I had uncomfortable trip. Even the room sound isolation is an issue , you can literally hear your neighbors talk and their phone ringing in the middle of the night. You can hear the upper room dragging tables and chairs even when the house keeping are cleaning rooms you can hear their work loud. Only thing I liked is near to the beach access."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Patong. The location was perfect close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax comfortably. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the pool area was amazing for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patong."
