"Excellent stay for the price. Room was very well appointed with great shower and plenty hot water. Staff were very attentive and breakfast cooked to order at a very good price. Bar was available too although I didnt use it. Plenty parking available close to reception and looked secure. Would definately stay again."

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "Had a lovely overnight stay for my special birthday. Beautiful afternoon tea with helpful staff. Room was oldie and so comfortable - had a lovely nights' sleep and was woken up by the dawn chorus. Gorgeous! Definitely 10/10"

The experience was disappointing from arrival: waited ~15 minutes outside due to lack of staff support and found access confusing with multiple locks. The listing was misleading—what I expected to be a self-contained apartment had key facilities (sofas/TV) in a communal area, and the room itself was very small. The shower was lukewarm and the holder broken, so it had to be handheld. The bed was too small for a 6-ft adult....

"Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer."

"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
