"This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site."

"The hall carpet cleaner than rooms, pink mold in shower faucet, dirty corners of floors. Bathtub slippery, no mat. Check in was great. Person at desk was helpful and very cheery. "

"Well this was the first time I had a chance to take my Granddaughter who is 6 out of state and a stay in a Hotel. We both loved the environment, the staff and accommodations. My only issue was washing my Granddaughters hair in the tub - I needed a cup or a nozzle to rinse her hair out properly. Using the shower head from a distance was not favorable."
