"Lovely little boutique hotel on a side street. We were welcomed by guy on desk who gave us lots of information on Como and provided us with a map. The hotel was clean and the room was modern with a large bathroom and lovely large shower. Breakfast was continental style and was very nice and it was very relaxed atmosphere. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the lakeside, this was a flat easy walk. There were some restaurants in the street but again approximately 15 minutes to main square...

"The hotel is in a historical building, one block from the lake and docks, lots of stairs, so if accesibility is important, look somewhere else, this is a very charming place to stay, we had a room with lake view (partial), and it was spacious and well decorated, staff very attentive and overall a very nice experience to stay in Como."
