"The staff were all very friendly and were able to accommodate a late check-in and check-out very smoothly. The space is very spacious, with a large bathroom which had lots of counter space which is rare to find at this price! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the como area as it is located so close to the port and all the restaurants and shops! Bonus points for having a diffuser attachment on the hairdryer as a curly girl who was in need of one!"

"Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

It's literally outside the ferry return stop and has a handful of bars and restaurants on the door step. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely breakfast and the most helpful staff. "We were early to check in so they let us drop off our luggage and come back. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included for us and had a variety of breakfast options such as pastries, eggs, pancakes, meat and cheese, etc., plus any drink such as cappuccino, etc. It was a 10 min walk to the Como S Giovanni train station, and a 10 min walk to the lake. Will definitely stay here again."
