"At first when we arrived there was miscommunication but the next day, Manager Willy went above & beyond to fix everything & offered a room upgrade & get us situated to make things better. If you have Expedia Gold membership just make sure to communicate clearly to the check in receptionist, they have personal guest attendees for Expedia members that take care of everything for you & make all the reservations for the restaurants & activities. I did not fully understand that at check in but...

"It’s not like before when i went last year now there’s no activities like before employees seem like they don’t want to work there and custermer service doesn’t even answer your phone calls. Would not recommend for now."

"We had a great time at Breathless! They have a lot of space to relax but there’s also always an activity or show going on for entertainment. Every member of staff was kind and accommodating, especially Edwin Peña who made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family."
