"We stayed at Eurostars Porto Douro for three nights in December and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent variety including hot dishes like eggs and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, yogurt with toppings, pastries, breads, juices, and good coffee. Our room had a lovely river view, and we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The staff were very attentive. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"This is a real value for money hotel. I was on the sixth floor and the room and bathroom were spotless, with the rooms serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable and there was no disturbance from traffic noise at night even though the metro line runs directly outside the hotel. Although admittedly I was at the back of the hotel which would be quiter in any case. The staff were welcoming, professional and extremely helpful with check-in and check-out being effortless.
