The shower is built into a bathtub with only a curtain, which feels inconvenient and not in line with what you would expect at this price point. The air conditioning also performed poorly — even in April, the room was warmer than the outside temperature. "Wonderful staff, great location"

"Breakfast area needs some help. Overly crowded and I cannot say the service was good either since they did not get any of my family member's order right. The roof top restaurant was esp slow. One time, our order took more than an hr and by the time we got food, it was already too cold to eat. Overall, the room did not match the picture, service wasn’t good and breakfast was disappointing. However, the view from the hotel lobby was incredible. "

"Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Palacete Severo. Our room was comfortable. The property is unusual and charming. We loved spending time in the library and felt welcome to make ourselves at home. Breakfast was excellent. And the staff incredibly kind and accommodating."

Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty.
