"Was VERY clean. A little outdated. Could use a new refrigerator and maybe some ice trays for the freezer. Also, the freezer needed to be defrosted. Never saw any staff, but we were gone during the day, although we knew they were there. Water pressure needs to be improved. More signage to get to the rooftop....that's a great place to hang out after a day of fun and sun. The covered patio was really nice. Please don't think we didn't enjoy our stay, because we did. "This hotel was one of our favorite things about a 10-day trip to PR. We we loved the quiet retreat, including being able to stargaze and hear the birds. The open-air style of the room was fantastic -- we stayed dry during rain and saw very few bugs. Carmen and her team are friendly and helpful. The pool is also beautiful! It was well worth the stay a few minutes outside of either town."

"We have stayed at the El Conquistador in the past and loved Las Casitas so much more. It is less busy and much more private. We had the infinity pool to ourselves quite often and we as easy to find places to relax. It was close enough to El Conquistador to still enjoy the amenities. The property is stunning and staff are exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
