"The location was wonderful. Pool clean and fun. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I would touch on is that our room was for four guests but the second bed was a pull out couch that was not comfortable. For kids maybe since they typically can sleep anywhere but adults not so much. "

"Skip, the proprietor, is fantastic and has built and runs a wonderful establishment. The Yacht Suite was perfect for our family of 5. He also allowed us to drop our bags near the pool the last day, so we could explore the local beaches for a few more hours. Highly recommend!"

"The restaurant associated with this hotel had amazing food and views. The room was clean, the bathroom was updated, and the private balcony was nice to have morning coffee or dry your swimsuit. Situated close to a delicious breakfast restaurant, a 5 minute walk from the ferry, and a 10 minute golf cart ride from Flamenco Beach, you really couldn't ask for a better location."

"We are just coming back having stayed 6 nights. Our room and the whole gigantic property was very clean, with a beautiful view, the amenities were never ending and all the staff was very nice. We were there during spring break which was a very busy time. They do seem to be understaffed everywhere. Drinks and food took a long time so just prepared for that. Concierge is helpful however they always only had 1 on so the phone was never answered if you called them. Would definitely recommend staying...

"Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. "Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "
