"Customer service was great. However, the rooms need better soundproofing. I was unable to sleep because I could clearly hear the man in the room next to me snoring loudly. There was also hammering noise throughout the night, and I’m not sure if it was related to the airport, but it was disruptive. In addition, I could hear conversations from guests across the hall very clearly from inside my room. I eventually had to put on noise-canceling headphones just to get some sleep. My favorite part of the stay was the gym. It was absolutely beautiful and equipped with top-notch equipment."
