"Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "

"The room was excellent- roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We just had one problem with checking in. We arrived very early and were told we could stow our luggage and they would contact us when the room was ready. At 3:30 we checked to see if the room was ready yet but it was not. At 4:39 we returned to see many others checking in. We had to wait in line and the young lady that then checked us in (the same person that earlier said the room was not ready) checked us in. We were upset...

"Me gustaría mencionar que los empleados desde la recepción, piscina, restaurante el chofer y los de limpieza son muy amables. En adicional el Sr. Jayso estuvo siempre bien atento. También nos gusto mucho por que tiene un chofer que te lleva a todos los lados que tu quieras dentro se Plamas de Mar."
