"Omg!! The stay was amazing!! My husband was able to get an upgrade to the penthouse and the views were spectacular!! Not only that but our room was clean and refreshing. The staff was kind as well and helpful from our drinks to asking what was their local favorite restaurant and sights. The pool was great, spacious and had a swim up bar. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!"

"We were very impressed with the Conquistador and would definitely stay there again. The bed was a little firm, but overall we were very happy. The restaurant by the pool was great, and the food on the private island was some of the best we had. The tuna sandwich was to die for."

"The fridge, coffee maker and closet are in the bathroom with the toilet & shower…not exactly convenient if you’re not alone. The bathroom door has gaps so very little privacy. The room lock malfunctions so you need the room key to lock the door. There’s only 1 elevator working. The partial ocean view is 10% - the roof and buildings are the remaining 90%! There’s no restaurant in the hotel so the “breakfast” pictured is for the hotel across the street. The only thing this hotel has is a muffin...

"We loved it and would stay again! The restaurants are a bit pricey, we asked for water and they brought us a $9 bottle. The alcoholic beverages are reasonable. Be sure to check your bill for gratuity and tip your servers accordingly! All of the staff everywhere was great; in the lobby, at the door, the pool, and at the beach! :)"

"Nice hotel, not sure how they determine what view a room has but we could see a slice of ocean while the other side has the bay. Expedia lists the property as having free breakfast but that is not the case if you book through them and do not pay extra. We didn't know that until we went down to eat and had to pay a lot for ala carte while sitting with those getting free buffet breakfast. We didn't have time to go anywhere else since we hadn't planned for that. This is the second time expedia...
