No staff on the property is available which made it somewhat inconvenient when it comes to getting help from the property when needed. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent place to stay because of the closeness to the metro system.

Nice room, building pretty run down but that was alright. Had trouble with a key to one of the doors, and also the window but manager was helpful. Also was never told that the heat was only available to us at certain hours. Kitchen, with limited "items" was also nice to have!

Excellent accommodation. Although the main building is a little unappealing, the actual apartment is superb and in very good condition and at a decent price.

La pulizia e lo stato delle parti comuni dell' ingresso dello stabile, corridoi e ascensore sono pessime. L'appuntamento è per contro tenuto bene e ampio x 3 persone. Ricordatevi che i wc e il bagno sono in comune. Alle volte può capitare di dover attendere 15/20 minuti. Comodo per la Metro Rossa che ti porta in centro in 10 minuti come pure il tram D che ti porta kn centro passando dal Belvedere.
