Perfect hotel uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Venetië

We waren de enige gasten en de alleraardige Emmo, de conciërge, deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo effectief mogelijk te maken, met uitgebreide informatie over de vervoersmogelijkheden naar Venetië onder het genot van gratis koffie. Helaas was het ontbijt wel typisch op z'n Italiaans. Het hotel is outdated naar Italiaans voorbeeld uit de jaren '50. De volgende dag mocht onze auto gratis bij het hotel blijven parkeren totdat we weer terug kwamen van een morgen struinen door Venetië. Vervolgens bod Emmo ons nogmaals koffie voor ons uiteindelijke vertrek. Absoluut een ideaal hotel om Venetië te bezoeken.

Super endroit, tout près de Venise

Après une journée à Venise, endroit idéal pour se reposer loin de la cohue. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très près de l'hôtel, des restaurants très abordables pour le repas du soir. Le bar de l'hôtel/terrasse est un endroit très convivial et plus que raisonnable en prix. Les propriétaires/le personnel de l'hôtel sont des personnes extraordinaires.

Struttura accogliente e pulita tutta piacevolmente in stile barocco. Il personale gentile e disponibile (ad esempio siamo partiti alle 5:30 di mattina e ci hanno comunque fatto trovare la colazione pronta, tra l’altro abbondante). A due passi dalla stazione di Mestre. Bar in loco. Trattoria di fronte l’hotel. La Coop a 15 minuti di cammino. Unico inconveniente: il frigo non funzionava. Ci torneremo sicuramente per il prossimo soggiorno a Venezia.

Wenn man sauberkeit nicht wichtig findet, ganz OK

Leider habe ich nicht gewusst, dass man hier Bilder hinzufügen kann, sonst hätte ich genügent Bilder gemacht. Als wir angekommen sind war das Personal nett. Wie bei jeder Hotelreservierung, habe ich die sauberkeit des Bettes als erstes überprüft. Es befanden sich Haare auf der Decke und die Decke roch benuzt. Nachdem ich es gemeldet habe und nach austausch gebeten habe fand eine disskusion statt. Nach 5 minütiger Disskusion wurde endlich die Tagesdecke ausgetauscht. Danach wurden wir von der Dame und Ihrer Tochter nur noch blöd angeguckt. Ausdem badezimmer kam ständig Uringeruch mit offener Badezimmertür war schöafen nicht möglich. Mit Desinfektionstücher habe ich die Dusche gereinigt und die Tücher waren danach schwarz! Der Spiegel im Bad war voll mit wasserflecken, welche mit einmal drüber wischen weg waren (das sollte aber auch von vornerein sauber sein und nicht vom Hotelgast erledigt werden sollen). Ein jüngerer Mann von der Rezseption, war sehr nett und gab uns viele Tipps. In 5 Minuten ist man bei dem Mestre Bahnhof und fährt in 5 Minuten in Venedig Santa Lucia ein. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht nochmal Besuchen.

È vicino alla stazione e alla fermata del pullman.

Dall'albergo sono facilmente raggiungibili i trasporti pubblici, ma nelle vicinanze non ci sono ne' bar ne' ristoranti. La stanza non corrisponde esattamente a cioè che appare nelle foto pubblicitarie, almeno la nostra. Nel complesso, se non si è particolarmente esigenti, va benissimo per un breve soggiorno.

Friendly staff - Nice hotel with parking

We stayed few days. Hotel was clean and nice with very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel has safe gated parking in the yard which is not easy to find in this location. Room was relatively small and no facilities like water boiler, hair drier or so but was anyway clean and comfortable with decent wifi connection. The old town of Venice can be easily reached by bus in about 10min, bus stop is short walk away. If using bus, the surrounding especially in the night time is not the most comfortable one but ok anyway! Would recommend this hotel.

Was not pleased at all with this hotel. I booked this hotel because it said there was air conditioning, when we get in our room which is extra small (could barely walk around the bed) it was extremely hot and it smelled of humidity. The man at the reception tells me there is a law in Italy saying they cannot turn on the air condition till June 1st. I tell him that that is not true because the other hotels we stayed at had some....To make a long story short I complained saying I want to be reimbursed because it is false advertising saying they have air conditioning when they do not. He did not want to reimburse me, so I complained to Hotels.com for a long time on the phone and they switched us at another hotel WITH air conditioning!!! Regardless I do not recommend this hotel, the room was small and old and stuffy, I stayed at Autoespresso which is right next door which is far better, clean, AMAZING breakfast. The reason I switched hotel was because we decided to stay an extra day in Venice but that hotel (Autoespresso) was booked for that night so we found Sirena 👎

Katastrof. Jag är inte kräsen men illa illa. Checkade in, såg rummet, checkade ut och satte oss i bilen. Vi hamnade i en campingvagn istället och den var mycket trevligare. Nej villa Serena behöver ni inte boka på.

3 C : Convenienz, Cortesia, Comodità (per Venezia)

L'hotel è un'antica villa veneta arredata con mobili e arredi che ricordano i tempi antichi del veneto dannunziano. La comodità principale dell'hotel è che a soli 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione di Mestre/Marghera e con il treno (uno ogni 10 min) con un biglietto dal costo di poco superiore a u caffè si arriva con una sola fermata a Venezia e da lì si parte a piedi per la visita di questa stupenda città. Per il resto la stanza era pulitissima, lo stesso dicasi del bagno, piccolo ma confortevole. La conduzione è tutta familiare. Persone gentilissime del settore e professionali. Noi abbiamo lasciato la stanza al mattino ma dovevamo andare al carnevale in maschera. Loro con cortesia ci hanno fatto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel e quando siamo tornati ci hanno concesso una stanza e un bagno per cambiarci e struccarci. Super cortesi e gentili. Da tener presente che rispetto ai costi altissimi del periodo carnevalesco veneziano, qui il costo del soggiorno è rimasto abbordabile e assolutamente competitivo rispetto a altri hotel , a cui si unisce: Camere confortevoli, Pulizia, Cortesia, Professionalità e comodità per la vicinanza a Venezia.

abbiamo soggiornato solo per poche ore la notte di capodanno, ma siamo stati bene il letto molto comodo le stanze pulite il bagno grande e pulito e sopratutto un gustosissima e ricca colazione!! l'albergo è situato vicino alla fermata dell'autobus che porta in pochi minuti a piazzale Roma. il personale gentile e disponibile. lo consiglio

The rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures. The shower and the toilet are combined and separated with only a curtain. In one of our room the shower did not even have a curtain so there was water everywhere after the shower. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly. All in all our stay was not so comfortable and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
