"The room was clean, even if it is old and needs renovation. The staff was nice. There is a mall nearby, which was nice. There are a few restaurants/cafes walking distance. I recommend this place for budget travelers. It is about 1hr from downtown Paris by public transport and 10 minutes from Orly airport. "

You could also walk to Chateau de Vincennes along the Seine, which I did on the Sunday which was a lovely bright day (chilly, but sunny!) Apartment was very cosy & still felt festive :) "

The metro was nearby and easy to use to get to all locations we wanted to visit. We walked late at night and it was quiet, but did not feel unsafe.
