"The cottage with 2 bedrooms was a cute tiny cottage. I didn't receive an email for the code to enter the cottage. After 2 phone calls, we did communicate with someone. We asked if we could leave the boat parked, and the person said it would be okay. Appreciative of that! Once inside the cottage, we found no toilet paper at all and had to go to the store. "What a perfect place to spend time upstate! This is a great choice if you're looking to relax in a hot tub, see some chickens and pet a cat, or take in the calmness of the river. There are plenty of amenities, including a full kitchen (no oven but there's a hot plate, among other things). The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! They also have a stand at the Hudson Farmers' Market on Saturdays where you can buy honey and sandwiches!"

"Our experience was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much. Our room was cozy and welcoming. We had a few unique experiences that might help others to be aware of in the future. The hot water heater was very small which was fine, however, not knowing this we ran out of hot water during the first shower which left only cold water for my shower and we had a funeral to attend so that made it very inconvenient.
