"The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view. I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. We had breakfast it was excellent. Our waitress was a charming a lovely person. Would definitely go back."

"I stayed here last year as well and the place is overall very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and both inside and outside the hotel were organized and well kept. I have another event next year the same weekend and will be looking to stay here again! Breakfast was delicious and hot. There was plenty of parking. Our room was immaculate when we checked in. We did not have room service come through during the weekend as we did not need anything. Thank you for another great stay!"

"Move on to a different hotel this hotel needs so many updates. And a good cleaning. We couldn’t even look at the beach thru our dirty window. My cousin’s room had a water leak all over the floor. Finally the manager went up to see the water leak and with some convincing he finally offered to give them another room. Poor customer service. "

"Everything about the property was great they even have a charging station in there parking lot, the only thing that swayed my whole rating was is that I paid for the breakfast for two and was told that I did not and was not granted breakfast and am out whatever it was to prepay for the breakfast. 3 stars"

"The room was very nice,clean and invitingBreakfast was over the top great. plenty to choose from and fresh. the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive making sure everything was refreshed often.This was by far the best stay I have had anywhere in years.Anytime I am in the area and need a place to stay this will be it.Can not say enough good things about it."

"The first room we got was larger, king and queen bed, a table as well. It smelled like it was clean but the table was covered in dust and so was the end table. I was staying with my child and the room did not have a smoke detector which is required per NY state law. They changed my room to the Lushna Petite. It was cute but couldve been cleaner. Im not sure the last time it was really cleaned. Thankfully I have a cleaning business and had disinfectant just to be safe. The young receptionist was...
