"We rented the room just for 12 hours due to a flight change. We had never stayed at the Royal but here are my take aways: Very clean. Room and entire property was kept clean, well maintained and fairly modern. Pools are small but efficient. We stayed a week in Wailea (more expensive) and was a little disappointed in the food on property at the Royal. "We loved staying here, great rate over the thanksgiving weekend. The pool was really nice and the parking convenient, cheap and right on site. Front desk staff was friendly and we were able to late check out for free at 1 pm. We also got lucky and had a free room upgrade to a 1 bed suite that had a beautiful view of molokai.
