"This Hotel is highly recommend. From the moment we arrived and received a warm welcome from Michelle! She was so kind and gave us lots of advice about how to enjoy Zermatt and the Matterhorn Alps mountain. The place is unique, beautiful decorative! Our room was cozy, comfortable and it had a balcony with mountain view! Michelle’s friend Greig went a way beyond to please us and provide a delicious breakfast! They have a Brazilian coffee 😋The list goes on and on! So many great things about this ...

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. Transportation was provided to and from the train station (thank you to our driver!), which is walkable but we did not want to manage suitcases for that distance. The front...
