"Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! "

"We had a fantastic 3 day stay at this lovely hotel, rooms spacious and clean, big comfy bed, tasty breakfast, close to town and both railway stations. We were getting the 1st Glacier Express that morning, and they kindly did an early breakfast sitting. Would highly recommend"

"Amazing stay at an amazing property. We were picked up promptly from the station after calling. We would have walked the 10 minutes down the hill but it was pouring rain. Rooms were ready and clean. They called a restaurant they suggested to us to make sure they were open (it was the beginning of the shoulder season). The rooms weren’t very sound proofed, but it really wasn’t needed. It was super quiet from 9 pm until 7 AM when the town kind of woke up. There was some construction a few houses...

"This hotel went beyond my expectations!! The "sky room" had the best view of the matterhorn with a balcony to enjoy it. The breakfast was wonderful with buffet And made to order options. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous and went above and beyond in helping. I cannot say enough positives about this say. I highly recommend the Hotel Bellerive. 5 stars plus!!"

"A beautiful hotel from start to finish. The location at the end of the village towards the mountain is absolutely fabulous. We had the rooms facing the Matterhorn, absolutely two glorious days of sun filled Mountain The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean I highly recommend this hotel"

"My room has a balcony that is facing Matterhorn. It is spacious and it looks three times better from the picture. It also has a lift/elevator if it helps. Overall it is a great place to stay. Also it is 15-16 mins walk from the train, a little climb to the hill but for me who is not that athletic i can still manage A little downside was, when I first enter the room, and check the toilet there were f*c*s stains inside the toilet bowl. Good to have some double check for the housekeeping team"

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."
