This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!

It’s an awesome property. Their staff is also welcoming and helpful. I loved their breakfast as they had many options for vegetarians as well. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Zermatt.

Overall a great property with admirable rooms. The front desk can do a better job. At present the front desk fails miserably in comparison to their peers in Holiday Inns and Marriott hotels in their interaction with their guests !!! Overall a great stay with a nice breakfast.

Great resort super friendly staff. We stayed there for a ski holiday. 5 minute walk to the Sunnegga funicular and right across the street from the blue shuttle to get to the other lifts. The breakfast was great and our family enjoyed the Spa facilities after our days of skiing. Highly recommend this hotel.

The best breakfast in all my European travels. The spa and heated pools were fantastic. Friendly and very helpful staff. Easy 10 minute walk to the town center. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the bathroom. Overall very satisfactory experience.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would say the hotel is in excellent condition. The main issue we had was with loud neighbors. Children in the stairwells and people above us jumping around until midnight prevented us from sleep. The staff was not willing to help when we told them of the issue. I also did not enjoy seeing the man I assume was the owner barking at the man helping him with his luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt.

This entire stay exceed my expectations. The pool / jacuzzi was my absolute favorite. It was great way to relax after the long hikes! My one and only suggestion is to add fans / ceiling fans to rooms during summer. It’s just too hot this day in age to not have any way to cool the room. As far as everything else, pool, room, views, food, shower , was spectacular. Would love to return one day

All the staffs are very friendly. I had been contacting the hotel due to potentially late check in caused by flight cancellation and delays. They gave me options for late check in if I arrived after 11pm. Sarina and her colleagues monitored my status and arranged a taxi pickup from the train station. The room was clean and nice with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided enough variety. This hotel is only a few minutes walk to sunnega. Very convenient location.

Resort La Ginabelle was absolutely amazing! Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zermatt.

This is a great place to stay! We were here for our honeymoon and it was 10/10. The continental breakfast was very convenient and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The pools and saunas were a great way to relax after days exploring the area.
