I enjoyed the hammocks and the daily breakfast and even the customer service. I feel it if my hammock and this sweet older man helped me up. I didn’t like the $179.00 fees I was charged without knowing. It was a little loud with all the kids there which made breakfast not that enjoyable although the choices of food were good. I loved the pictures and the chandelier. It was nice.

All of the Harry Potter attractions were amazing! It was so well done and we used the Hogwarts express to move between Universal and Universal Islands of Adventure.
