The Park Plaza had wonderful and helpful staff, the on sight amenities were oki, as expected everything was a bit overpriced, the halls are nicely maintained and the starbucks on the lobby floor was much appreciated.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly. However the queen size room was pretty small & lights were dim. We loved the pool but the water was cold. It should have been heated especially during the winter. Other than that everything else was great
The battery in my car was juiced due to an interior light left on and the concierge on Saturday afternoon,2/22, used his own vehicle to jump start my car. This was going above and beyond expected service. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but I sure remember his kindness.
The location is great. Library at check in and in rooms is fun. Lovely decor. Fun snacks. Friendly staff.
The hotel was great but there was pubic hair on the floor of our bathroom when we arrived. Rather disgusting, I’m sure you agree. Please ask staff to clean behind the bathroom doors in future. Ciao Maggie Weinstock
We like the location and easy self-parking. We can reach the Boston Symphony Hall by walk.
