"1st room wasn't perfect. A bit noisy as we were at the front of the hotel. We were then moved to another room which was far better. Service was very good "

"Breakfast was fresh and they changed some of it up daily so you weren't having only the same things. The buffet had a lot of choices for a free breakfast. The room was clean, well taken care of and it really felt like home away from home. Our only complaint honestly was the traffic noise from the street in front of the hotel, but they can't control that and it really wasn't that bad most nights. All staff were so friendly and helpful. "

"This hotel sucks. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets were stained. Hotel service was bad. They never answer phone calls. The hotel caught fire, there was no fire alarm to notify residents, they now quickly rushed us out and took us to terrible hotel and didn’t give us no updates while my flight was next day and left my passport in the hotel room. The sad part of this was, I paid for breakfast and I never had breakfast be she’s they evacuated us and still didn’t try to get us breakfast at the new hotel...

"I was surprised by the property's proximity to Dubai Mall, especially on the Waitrose side. This made it easier for us to take the Metro, as well as to get necessary essentials for the apartment. The apartment itself was well stocked in terms of cutlery and cookware. The only thing I wish they had given as a matter of routine was the sponge and detergent to wash dishes. However, our housekeeper managed to supply us with those upon request. "

"Everything nice and clean rooms needs some renovation and the restaurant definitely needs a lot of help o dont suggest it at all "
