"Hôtel très bien situé en face de la station de train, pleins de cafés et restaurants autour. Très propre, très bon service. La piscine est magnifique et le gym aussi. Le buffet au déjeuner est très bon. Petit défaut, au 2e étage où nous étions c’est bruyant l nuit quand même, mais sinon tout est parfait!"

"My stay at J5 Hotels Port Saeed was overall okay. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff were polite and helpful. However, there were a couple of inconveniences during my stay. There were no power outlets near the bed, which made charging my phone a bit difficult. Additionally, the pillows were not very comfortable. With a few improvements, the experience could be much better."

"Excellent hotel, all staff are amazing, got upgraded to executive room with no extra charge with breakfast, made my day. Helpful tip - Palm Mall/Aura Skyview/Palm View is 10 mins walking distance, dont use Google maps, just ask the friendly staff and they will guide you through"

"Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough."
