"Unfortunately our stay was less than stellar. The front desk staff were rude, very unhelpful and overall not pleasant to be around. The pool area is small. The restaurant is also small and only open starting at 4pm and was understaffed. The beach chair rental was disappointing as well - only available from 9-4:30. The accommodations were fine but guests were smoking on the balcony and somehow someone threw fried chicken on our balcony. This was a trip I’m already looking to forget."

"The rooms were so unclean, the sink was clogged, the coffee machine and the fridge was not working, the air conditioner made terrible noise. They don’t have a room service. the amenities included were poor quality and the communication withe the hotel staff was poor. Overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend. Not going back!"

"The property was nice and very close to the beach. However, the floors in our suite were very dirty! We told the staff about it and that we needed extra blankets and towels. Someone came to mop and brought fresh linens and towels. The bathroom is very tiny. My daughter uses a wheelchair and there were no accessible bathrooms available. The amenities were nice but the decor was a bit old. The last night we stayed, our van broke down right at the entrance to the resort under the awning. The night...

"El hotel está en un buena locación todo accesible todo limpio ordenado lo único que puedo decir que me decepcionó un poco fue. El piso del cuarto estaba súper sucio tanto que le dejaba a uno los pies negros con solo caminar un poquito fue lo único malo de ahí todo está muy bien, sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí ya que aceptan a los peluditos"
