"Get your key system fixed. We were locked out of our room the morning of check out. This is the second time this has happened in our last two stays. The door key had to be reset both times. This is just unbelievable now of days with the advancement in technology. "

"The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping.
