"Everything was perfect. The room was incredibly clean and you could order dine in services - especially a pot of coffee in the morning, which not many hotels do these days. I really appreciate that! Also, I could call the front desk at any hour and someone would pick up and I could request fresh towels and other amenities if I was running low. Staff was excellent! 10 out of 10!"

"Here’s the thing: this is an excellent hotel if you want to save money but still stay somewhere very clean, very safe, and well designed. You are not going to have a lot of interaction with the staff because almost everything is automated: entering the building, using the elevator, and getting into your room. The rooms are very, very clean and thoughtfully designed. You have enough towels, great products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap, body lotion, coffee, tea, water, and a great TV with all the latest streaming platforms. This is not the place to book if you want a full-service luxury hotel experience. It is very affordable, very nice, and very practical. It is not the hotel you choose to show off. But if you want to stay in LA for a week and spend under $1,000, this is the place. If you want to spend $500, $600, or $700 a night to floss, be my guest. But if you want somewhere very nice, very clean, very safe, and in a great location, this is the spot. When you step outside, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and things to do. It is in the Fashion District, and there is a lot around you. I would absolutely stay here again. Oh there's also a rooftop pool and nightclub..."

"It was a beautiful hotel and well maintained. Restaurants and deposit were a little pricey but worth it. We had to keep requesting additional wash cloths and towels with 4 people sharing the room. Otherwise I would stay there again if I come back to LA."
