"when i arrived the clerk would not respond to my hellos, my hearing aids told the real story going on behind the wall partition. must have been a great ride for the manager,I just wanted to check in and get some rest. When I yelled louder she suddenly appeared, a bit ruffled ,said she was busy with her manager, from the sounds emitting from the back they had a great time "

"Everything was wonderful except the elevators. The hotel was full due to a convention and we waited for elevators for 15, 20 minutes. When one finally opened, it would be totally full. Several in our group took the stairs down 19 flights and still i was waiting. I know this was not the only time the hotel was full so this must be a regular occurrence. When we finally got on an elevator, we ended up stopping at every floor on the way down, many times to find nobody there. My guess is that they...
