"Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day.
As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you.

"Room and parking prices are reasonable, room was clean, shower very good, staff helpful.
Full English breakfast very cheap (£8) but I'd rather pay a bit more for something more appetising. Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried."

"This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train.
My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation.
We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price.
We were really happy and I’d recommend this location."

"My stay at the Kensington Hideaway made my trip to England a complete success. Stay were always so warm and welcoming and remembered me. Breakfast was always amazing and their food menu as well. Truly made me feel so at home from thousands of miles away! When I come back to London this is 100% where I am staying again, and did I mention air conditioning? They have it!!"

"We had a delightful one night stay at the Rubens, centrally located right across from Buckingham Palace’s Royal Mews or stables. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the breakfast was served in a gorgeous room with booths and chandeliers. We were traveling with our teen son so the suite with a pull out couch made it a high value fit for us so we could stay in one room. The room decoration was festive and royal feeling. The sweet baked goods were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here...

"It started with 2 young chaps dressed in traditional English jacket and hat who met us at our taxi to take our luggage. We felt royal!! The room was perfect. Te staff went above and beyond. They, (Ian the concierge) helped us plan the days with the most important sights to see. The staff was over the top. Cant say enough about them."

"If you want a good location and do not care about sunlight, lugging your belongings up flights of narrow stairwells, an unexplained putrid smell, cheap springy mattresses, lack of bathroom shelves, dark surroundings, views of bricks walls (not the advertised park), a non-responsive host (we blew a kitchen fuse by operating the toaster at the same time the lights were on!), questionable art & dark moody wall colours then this place might just be for you!!
