"Room lovely but not well sound proofed and the corridor noise seemed v loud.
Great location, lovely decor.
We stayed for a very short time and didnt use bar or eat. However we asked if breakfast was still available at 9.55 and the staff said "I dont think so". They could have asked chef, before dismissing our query, so that left us feeling less pleased with our stay. We had a gorgeous brekky at the Anglers by the lock, so if you miss the 10am deadline try there 🙂"

"Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay."

"My friends and I stayed at point A for a concert at the O2, and I’m very glad we booked here. The staff were lovely, the facilities and room was clean and comfy. The rooms are small but they are good and nil issues. The hotel is located within walking distance of Canary Wharf underground and near restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in future if needed."

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."
