All reception staff whom we spoke to were polite and professional. We used the pool which was great and our child enjoyed it a lot. You just need to book a swimming slot slightly in advance on the same day. Breakfast was English breakfast only but was fine for us. Not lots of variety for our child who eats limited items, but would be fine for other kids."
