"A comfortable stay but will require renewal as it does appear rundown as it is an old building. good for a short stay over for business or before moving on to the final destination"
"It all went well and we liked the free laundry, it's very convenient when you travel a long time. The place is quite well maintained and still new. Good value."

"This was by far one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it based on the 9.0 rating but shocked to see the poor hotel & room condition. We booked a room for 6 people but were given a room meant for 4. When we raised this with the owner, he suggested that two kids could simply sleep on the floor since they had no rollaway beds or even extra comforters available.
Out of the two AC units in the room, only one worked. The bathroom had a strong sewer odor that made it completely unusable, and the smell even carried into the bedroom despite keeping the door closed.
While the front desk staff was polite, they were not helpful in addressing any of these issues...ended up calling the owner which was not helpful at all. Due to the poor conditions, we checked out the very next day."

"I had a great time at the Renai Hotel. The staff at the reception desk were always very helpful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and kept the area clean. Housekeeping was also very helpful and generous."
