The Deluxe Suite is spacious and comes with a nice balcony. There is one sofa bed that can accommodate one adult. The room has two bathrooms and two toilets. However, there is no proper separation between the bathroom and toilet areas, and the doors do not fully cover up to the top, which affects privacy and makes it uncomfortable when in use. The staff are nice and helpful. The food is fine. Missing a room card will cost RM25 fine.

Hotel was spacious. The aircon was not too cold or hot. Had a really good rest during our 4 nights there. Only downside was the housekeeping did not clean the floor. Also need to request if you need to have your towel changed daily. The staffs are quick to attend to your needs. Recommended hotel to stay if you are in KB

The room was perfect for one night. While s bit small, everything was clean, in good working order and exactly as advertised. The shower and bed were highlights… until I dealt with the front desk upon checking out. I didn’t get the man’s name but the guy on the desk on the morning of November 5, 2022 went way beyond what I would have expected when I asked for some info regarding busses to Thailand. Absolutely stellar service!

We liked the hotel and enjoyed our day in Kota Bharu. But later in the evening we were thirsty and couldn´t get anything to drink from the machine because no cash and no visa. As a foreigner we couldn´t use the app they suggested to use. When I asked at the reception, she just laughed and that was it. No help on getting something to drink :( It was hot and humid as ever, not fun to be thirsty all night. At least she could have offered some help or made a suggestion on where to find some water..

Value for money

Satisfying hotel accommodation, just like hotels in Japan where the use of space is very maximal. The design is simple, attractive and most importantly the level of cleanliness is very satisfactory. It is recommended to stay here, suitable for couples and families because it has a large swimming pool, a large lobby space for relaxing or doing tasks. Has many socket connections and fast internet. It's just that the breakfast is a bit limited, but around the hotel there are many cheap places to eat. The view of the hotel surroundings from the room is really beautiful. In short, everything is satisfactory and worth the price of the hotel offered. For improvements, a tarred and covered parking lot is proposed.
