"The hotel was amazing! & the staff was super amazing! They were very helpful with shuttles and helping out with luggage storage. Note that you can store your luggage with them and pick it up on a later date. The room itself was clean, and spacious. I have 2 checked bags & a carry on, everything fit nicely in the room and there was enough space to open the suitcases fully. Note that food delivery is not allowed as they canโ€™t guarantee the quality and there is a food poisoning. There are hotel restaurants available during the day and also an on site 24 hrs Lawson!! Hotel breakfast is recommended! There was a wide variety!"

"Great location next to Tsukuba station. The staff were terrific. The rooms in the original building are spacious but are showing their age. The building layout is complicated as well. The HVAC in the rooms is managed from the clock (!), rather than a thermostat. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the desk was usable."
