"Nice room for price "

"The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient--right near Narita Station and several convenience stores. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Naritasan Omotesando (market with a ton of local shops and food), as well as the Temple and Park near by (both so beautiful!). We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, 2 Single Beds, and for the most part, it was clean, but the carpet had a noticeable amount of stains by the door. It was also very small, but we only stayed one night, so it wasn't bothersome, and it was very quiet."

"Nice hotel close to Narita airport. Airport shuttle was easy to find and runs on a convenient time schedule. Staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A little bit outdated in decor but super clean. Breakfast at the main restaurant was a bit pricey for what you get but food we ate was tasty. Enjoyed the convenience of the Lawsons inside the hotel. Would stay here again. "

"Friendly helpful staff. The room was tiny, but sufficient, stocked with all kinds of things to support a short stay. The public bath was convenient and pleasant. The breakfast had many western and Japanese selections; very inexpensively priced. Next door a convenience store had anything else you wanted. And the shuttle made it easy to to go the ariport."

"The FREE shuttle is great to visit mall, access to AirPort and train station. ATTENTION needed to buffet, some of the hot dishes were cold and at dinner by 7:30 the buffet was almost empty . Breakfast after 8 am eggs were cold and many choices almost empty."
