It is a pretty standard, well run Japanese chain hotel with good service as usual. The rooms and the public area is tight and the location is excellent. Tsukuba was fully booked at the time of my stay.

Property was located next to train station so very convenient. Amenities were nice and room was clean. My dislike of the room and hallway was the smell of cigarette smoke even though i requested a non smoking room.

部屋も朝食のレストランも清潔で、部屋も広くビジネスホテルでは1番快適で過ごしやすいホテルです。つくばの他のホテルも泊まりましたが、このホテルはまた使いたいです。

冷蔵庫が、すぐ使える状態じゃなくてスイッチが二箇所あったのが気づかなくて、朝起きた時に冷蔵のものが冷えていなかったのが、そこだけ残念でした。他は駅近で居心地もよかったです。
ホテルに隣接したレストランがあって、そこで、夕飯を食べました。土地のものが美味しかったです。
