The hotel was suitably located near public transport & not far from the main shopping area. We never ate at the hotel as ate out everyday but they did advertise what looked like a lovely set menu. The staff we came across were lovely & friendly & always spoke when passing. I would recommend this hotel if your staying in GINZA "
