"I stayed a total of 2 weeks here and I am pleased with the service. I traveled using public transportation and walking and it was located near 2 metro lines within 5-10 minutes walking and bus stations.
Right outside the hotel is the tsukiji market and you are about 15 -20 minutes walking from the main shopping area in Ginza.
The only downside to the hotel was the bed but I noticed that many of the other beds in Japan were also very firm. I was able to sleep well. The hotel is also very quiet only 1 neighboring room was loud one night.
Having a washer/dryer in unit was why I chose this hotel so that I could pack less especially in the winter with heavier clothing. It worked great. All instructions were provided in English and the staff also spoke English. The room was also a decent size of 2 travelers with 3 suitcases and backpacks
Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you are looking for an affordable place. "
"Really great hotel for this price point in upscale Ginza. Yes the rooms are small but that’s pretty standard for Japan. The hotel is spotlessly clean with full daily room service and clean. The location is amazing, very close to central Ginza shops and eateries and several train stations that link you all over Tokyo. Would 100% return and stay here again. "
