"Our room was very spacious, comfy and luxurious. On checkin we were given a surprise welcomed gift and a sweet welcome note from the manager. The staffs were also very friendly and welcoming even though we arrived very late in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of quality dining options. I would love to return and stay for more nights next time. "

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"The room was huge and the staff were lovely. We ate at the Steakhouse twice, and the staff remembered our names and what we had ordered the last time. "

"A very stylish hotel in a great location. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating. My room didn’t have a view and you could hear street noise a bit at night but it’s expected being in the city. Overall would recommend and stay here again. "

"Staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well kept with housekeeping. However, bathroom/shower stall needs new caulking since quite a bit of areas have embedded molds which, I understand, cannot be kept clean just by regular housekeeping cleaning."

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"
