"Hotel was lovely. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday there, and they kindly gave her a small celebration cake that was absolutely delicious. Maybe the best cake we have ever had! So thank you to the staff, for all their help too. Room was really nice and a great view over the harbour, so we could see the lights and the daily light show. "Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean. "

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"After an early and hectic flight I arrived well before check-in. I asked the gentleman at the front desk where could I get some breakfast. I figured that the room would not be ready for at least 3-4 hours. But when I returned 45 minutes later he said that my room was ready. That made all the difference to a weary traveler."

"客室は古いですが、非常に清潔で掃除が行き届いていました。スタッフも大変親切です。銅鑼湾の駅まで少しありますが、ホテルからすぐの所にトラムの停車場があるので大きな荷物がない時はそこからひょいとトラムに乗って駅前まで移動していました。価格と設備のバランスを考えると非常にコスパのよいホテルだと思います。湯舟があるのもありがたかったです。21階に滞在しましたが、給水も問題ありませんでした。 今後香港島側に滞在することがあればまた選択肢に入れると思います。お世話になりました。"
