"Check in experience was different, so my only advice is watch for an email from the property before arrival. It wasn't difficult, just wasn't expecting it and had to complete when we got to the hotel. Staff on site was extremely helpful and everyone was also very friendly. We found this location to be convenient for public transit, yet "off the beaten path" a little so it was nice and quiet. We felt safe, and everything was clean and well cared for. "Hotel is well maintained in a very central part of the city, very accessible to 5th Ave, local shops and restaurants and an easy walk to MTA. "An important aspect that the apartment fully checked was the cleanliness: it was way better than what you usually get for a 3-star hotel - of the same price or more expensive - in the USA (from my personal experience).
