"Room was really nice. Everything was clean & hotel staff was very nice!"

"Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7. The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family. We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself."

"I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other.
