"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."

He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes.
