"It was perfect for a bare-bones property. Clean & comfortable."

"I roasted I was told the AC system was getting worked on and would be back shortly I spent the entire night roasting the temp didn’t go below 84 the entire time there."

"The rooms seemed clean enough but there we stains on the bedspread and on the curtains. The breakfast only had a few items, though the coffee was fresh brewed."

"Staff here are exceptional and helpful from breakfast, maintenance and front desk. Rooms clean. Centrally located to multiple restaurants in walking distance as well as CVS. Pool, laundry, mini golf and basketball ball court onsite. No maintenance issues, but they all were friendly in passing. Staff seemed genuinely happy in jobs, our party of 5, 2 rooms and 5 day sat with 9-53 year olds loved it and would stay again."

"The staff was outstanding! We enjoyed the size of the room and the equipped kitchen. The little alcove outside the bathroom was a nice touch for two people getting ready. The outdoor seating areas were nice in the evening with fire pit going. Would definitely recommend this place."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."

"I have never been greeted so warmly before at any hotel. Claire was smiling and accommodating. The pool was refreshing after a long day touring, but the hot tub was "out of order"! Breakfast was very good!! Lots of selections and very clean! Would highly recommend staying here when in the Hyde Park, NY area!!"

"Stayed here for a wedding and it was a very clean hotel. Had to wait for my room to be ready because of a rush of other guests coming in which wasn't ideal but overall a nice place to stay"

"Good place to stay just needs some updating"

"Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. At 8am there was a knock at my door which was the front desk telling me my res was cancelled and I needed to pay again. He told me to speak to...

"Large room with fancy bathroom. Nice common area. Good continental breakfast. Only issue is we didn’t have control of the AC and the vent over the bed intermittently made us cold at night."

"Beware this studio six is an extended Stay. people live there and cook in their rooms. There’s lots of weird. Smells like curry and Ramen noodles. First hotel I’ve been to that does not have coffee in the morning. There is additional charges like $10 for housekeeping and $2 booking fee that are not included on Expedia."

"Room was old . Bathroom door handle broken. Paint coming off the walls in bathroom. No toilet paper dispenser. Sheets were old and yellow one of the sheets were stained. Door at the end of hallway kept slamming all night. Towels were stained and ripped. No telephone in room and television was a problem to work. Beds are short and hard to get in and out of."

"Bob the inn keeper was kind welcoming and helpful. The property was immaculate and a great space. A 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!"
