Check in staff was nice. At check out (all I was waiting to do was return the keys ) , the staff waited on another person, for 15 minutes, without even acknowledging me (to ask if I was checking out or if I needed assistance). I finally interrupted asking if I could just return the keys. She said yes. The inside needs a paint job. Everything is grungy and chipped and dirty looking. Not only in the lobby and halls, but in the room, too. The breakfast was pitiful. There was hot water , but no tea bags. Neither the milk nor yogurt were in ice (milk pitcher was in a bowl with no ice). There were bagels, but no cream cheese nor peanut butter. The parking and location were good.

CONS: Our room had a weird smell. We did not sleep well. We could hear every footstep of the guest staying above our room (on the second floor). Also we could hear the conversations of the guests in the room next to ours. The breakfast consisted of a packet of instant oatmeal and coffee. PROS: The workers were nice. The hotel is near some fast food joints.

When i checked in they gave me a room key walked up the second floor opened door and the room was trashed and looks like people already had the room walked back down to front desk the person behind the desk apologized and gave me a new room other then that the stay was nice the new room was clean

Look else where.

The gentleman at the front desk was the only saving grace. He was polite, courteous, friendly and beyond understanding when we asked to check out and be refunded 10 min after checking in. We’ve stayed at Super 8’s several times before. This one was horrible. We knew when we pulled in we were in trouble. As we walked toward our room it got worse. The looks the smells the people hanging out in the halls. The final straw was the roaches the went scattering when we turned on the lights when we entered the room. Look else where.

Disappointing

We chose the property online for its low price. On arriving we realized it was a motel residence for low income individuals and families. It didn't feel dangerous, just poorly maintained. The rug was soaking wet under the a/c unit, 2 broken lampshades askew on 2 lamps, filthy sticky carpet, bad smell, cockroach in bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean. On arriving back from dinner there were 3 police cars and 2 ambulances at the front entrance.

Terrible stay

The check in was nice staff was friendly room was not cleaned well had to clean bathroom again , and while sleeping I was bit woke up with huge bug bites and itching and needed to go to urgent care because I don’t know what bit me on my neck face and arms and legs

You get what you pay for

Staff was friendly. Room smelled like smoke. Walls had lots of spots where holes were filled with drywall mud but was not painted over. Lamp missing a lampshade. Bathroom outlet did not work. Carpet felt oily, like I should wear my shoes the whole time. King sized mattress sagged badly in the middle - so much so that I felt like I wasn’t able to lay flat. Sink & toilet were really LOW. Toilet was the round style, not elongated. Felt like a bathroom in a kindergarten classroom. I wanted to cancel the remainder of days after the first night and get a different hotel. However, I was in town for a dear friend’s funeral and was too exhausted to go through the trouble at the end of each day.

The man at the desk was VERY PLEASANT & helpful. The room had dirty dust balls hanging from the ceiling and the carpet was very dirty. No face wash rags in the room. No breakfast items available. Bed was comfortable.
