Dirty, uncomfortable, and unprofessional stay from start to finish. I would never return to the Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites and cannot recommend it to anyone.
The common areas were visibly unsanitary, with stained carpets, overflowing trash, and surfaces that clearly had not been wiped down or disinfected on any kind of regular schedule. Despite Best Western’s advertised focus on cleanliness and enhanced “We Care Clean” protocols, there was no sign of routine cleaning in the lobby, hallways, or other shared spaces during my stay.

The so‑called “hot breakfast” tasted like yesterday’s leftovers run through a microwave, with rubbery eggs, sad-looking meats, and stale breads that felt anything but fresh. Food presentation and temperature made it hard to trust that basic food safety standards were being followed, so I ended up skipping most of it after the first attempt.
On top of that, there were no normal hotel services being offered: no regular housekeeping, no clear schedule for room cleaning, and no proactive towel or linen changes unless you went out of your way to ask.
