"Excelente opción para hospedarse, la comida y bebida es deliciosa y muy variada, las vistas son muy bonitas. En los bares de las albercas te llega a dar la impresión de que los bartenders le dan prioridad o mejor trato a los extranjeros que a los nacionales, el aire de mi habitación nunca llego a estar realmente frío, aún así lo considero una excelente opción. El entretenimiento también es muy bueno desde fiestas temáticas, parques acuáticos, discoteca y shows nocturnos. Sin duda volvería a...

"Great time, the beach was amazing and we snorkel when the waves weren’t too big! The food and staff were very kind. Everything was good!"

"The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on"
