"Al llegar tienes que ir hasta el edificio 11 para encontrar la recepción, pero si no vas en carro recorrer todo el camino y esta pesado, llegue en la noche y todo estaba bien, sin embargo mi estancia fue por 8 dias y desde el 1er día empecé con problemas, la cocina tiene lo muy básico, la parrilla es eléctrica y muy básica tarda muchísimo en calentar y para cocinar un bistec en 20 min, luego la limpieza del hotel no es buena, no me dejaban las toallas limpias, no cambiaban las sabanas y deplano...

"We spent Spring Break Easter week with our 2 daughters at Villa La Valencia. We did all inclusive and felt everything was perfect. The place is pristine the food was great the staff all knew my name by the end of the week. There was plenty of friends for our daughters to make by the family pool. We paid extra for a few activities at the kids club. All the staff from the kids club said hi to my daughter after while we were around the property and she loved the time spent.
