"The breakfast was fairly decent and not fairly priced. The bacon was a bit oily but that would be the only complaint. Room was comfortable and cool. The master switch for the lights by the bed was a bit confusing but other than that the room served us perfectly well"

"Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.The room itself was amazing—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything you could want. Getting a complimentary upgrade was an unexpected bonus that just topped it all off. Everything about the stay felt high-end but still relaxed, which is rare to pull off. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll 100% be staying there again next time I’m in Brisbane."

"Perfect in every way. It was wonderful having the flexibility of a late check out and also being able to leave the car parked there for a couple of hours longer to fit in with our flight time. Room was amazing, lovely view of the city and close enough to walk over the Kangaroo Point bridge into the city"

"Fantastic stay at Hyatt Brisbane, location couldn’t be beat, incredibly quiet. Pool warm, great amenities, great bar and restaurant. Happy hour cocktails at pool bar were a bit meh but otherwise couldn’t fault. Will be our go to on returning to Brisbane"
