"The rooms were spacious and in a pretty good location. The most valuable thing for us was that the staff was extremely helpful in figuring out where we needed to go. Particularly we needed help with finding a hospital for our toddler, and as Japanese medicine practices are different, we couldn’t take the children to any clinic. The front desk helped us not only fine clinics. They helped us make appointments and insured that we got the care that we needed at the right clinic"

Took taxi to Tokyo tower is like 10 mins ride and quite cheap for group of 4. You can walk to the fish market within 10 mins. Quieter and less crowded area. "The hotel is in an excellent location in Ginza. Very close to all the great shopping. Our corner room was located on the third floor. It was smaller like many other Tokyo hotel rooms, but very efficient. Bedding and bathroom very nice. The one thing I would caution on. Our room faced an area where there was a lot of nighttime activity and we could hear people talking off and on throughout the night. "Where do i start, it was our 15th anniversary and the staff left us hand written notes to celebrate our special. I was very much touch by their sweet gesture. The views are amazing, the tokyo tower is partially blocked but you can to witness the amazing tokyo views at night.
